Yingge Old Street

Known as Taiwan’s home of fine porcelain, Yingge is the heart of the island’s ceramic arts. Back in 2000, the Yingge Ceramics Old Street was officially established, and with support from the New Taipei City Government, old ceramic factories were transformed into charming shops and hands-on DIY workshops. It’s a place that truly "turns clay into gold"—a vibrant neighborhood packed with stunning ceramic shops, mostly centered around Ceramics Street, Jianshanpu Road, Chongqing Street, and Yuying Street. Walking through Old Street, you’ll see local pottery aesthetics built right into the streetscapes, entrance landmarks, and even the road signs!
