Gu-Shen is a mushroom-themed hot pot spot serving up hot pots and souvenir gifts that are both delicious and healthy. The owner brings three generations of mushroom-trading experience to the table, picking only the absolute best mushrooms from across the region. They run many of their products through voluntary checks with top testing labs like SGS and TÜV Rheinland, staying true to their core ethos: "Eat well, live well—the mushroom way." Driven by this philosophy, Gu-Shen has scored back-to-back Quality Restaurant awards from Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs, snagged the top prize and Gold Reputation award at the Taichung Top 10 Souvenirs three times, and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand recommendation in 2021.
